- Responsible for working as a member of a change management team collaborating with leaders within Sysco's operating companies and corporate groups to manage and support people-related changes, to minimize business disruption and effect a smooth transition to new business processes, systems and organization structures. - Work with 80+ operating companies around the country to assess the impact and potential risks to the business organization structure, roles, and rewards due to planned changes. - Develop communication strategies to build awareness, understanding and buy-in among key stakeholders. - Deliver leadership and behavioral coaching related to the aspects of resisting change and teach strategies to proactively overcome obstacles related to resistance.
