Daily Duties at Kr3 T's Non Profit:

Sought after volunteer position that would challenge me, afford me the opportunity to help young adults in my community, provide me exposure to the event planning industry and further develop my organizational and planning skills. • Assisted dancers with creating resumes and cover letters to find permanent job placement in the music industry. • Organized the end of the year dance event which entailed finding a location, booking musical performances, MC’s and sponsors, contacting political officials for support, assisting the musicians and dancers backstage, setting up the location and controlling traffic the day of the event. • Created the budget and maintained the costs for the end of year event.

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social.
