Daily Duties at Fresh Choice :
Took ownership for overseeing entire operation, including reconciliation of all financial reports. Lead a team of managers and crew members to award winning status in service, food quality, safety and sanitation. Through creative marketing, built guest counts for 2005 to five percent above previous year. Increased check average by .54 cents per guest. As a company training store, we developed new company training materials and provided quality training for the Texas and California regions. Served on the President Advisory Council-1997, 2000, 2003.
