Daily Duties at Infosys Technologies:
- Responsible for human resources generalist functions including recruiting, employee relations and training for multiple company and client sites across several states in the Midwest region. - Manages special projects such as conducting an employee file audit and revising the United States employee handbook to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws. - Delivers and evaluates training programs for employees such as anti-sexual harassment training. - Serves as a resource for program managers and account managers for performance management of employees including coaching, performance improvement, corrective action and termination. - Provides crisis intervention, counseling, initial referral to EAP and resolves disputes and employee grievances. - Serves as a resource to employees for questions regarding compensation, benefits, relocation, joining procedures, immigration, visas, leave of absence and all other company policies and procedures. - Manages local recruiting drives including overall administration and conducting interviews.
