Daily Duties at Rohrer Corporation:
Standardized one person HR department to ensure consistency and compliance with local, state and Federal regulations, including recruiting ,retention, pay & performance, staff development, employee relations, benefits, safety and Workers Compensation. Developed and implemented Company-policies and procedures with input of top management. Provided guidance to Company directors and managers on various employee issues, communicating with legal advisor on elevated issues as necessary. Managed company benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as 401(k). Coordinated annual open enrollment Exempt / Non - Exempt Recruitment / Temporary Staffing.
