Standardized one person HR department to ensure consistency and compliance with local, state and Federal regulations, including recruiting ,retention, pay & performance, staff development, employee relations, benefits, safety and Workers Compensation. Provided guidance to Company directors and managers on various employee issues, communicating with legal advisor on elevated issues as necessary. Coordinated annual open enrollment Exempt / Non - Exempt Recruitment / Temporary Staffing.
