Standardized one person HR department to ensure consistency and compliance with local, state and Federal regulations, including recruiting ,retention, pay & performance, staff development, employee relations, benefits, safety and Workers Compensation. Coordinated annual open enrollment Exempt / Non - Exempt Recruitment / Temporary Staffing.
