Daily Duties at Monroe County New York, It Department:

Responsible for supporting and managing the 911 Center computer systems to maintain a high level of reliability. Systems Analysis, Program & Process Development and Operations Management for 911 Management, 911 Subscribers and Criminal Justice agencies operational requests. Also, Systems Project Leader, 911 Upgrade Project including CAD, MDT, CJIS, Disaster Recovery and Emergency Protocols
