Daily Duties at Gevity:

Directly manage, mentor, and motivate, 17 human resource professionals and 6 administrative professionals in three offices. Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, worker’s compensation and HR policies/ procedures for in excess of 1200 client businesses. Plan, develop, implement, and monitor HR plans, policies, and procedures: Coach clients in employee relations to ensure compliance with Federal & State regulations. Consult with clients to ensure effective recruitment, development and retention of employees. Continuously revised/updated employee handbook for client businesses. Respond and investigate OSHA, EEOC, & DOL investigations. Facilitate regional Human Resources training for client employees and managers
