Opened Orlando office for Paysource USA, an Ohio Professional Employer Organization. Managed Service and directed Product offerings of the PEO. Managed Client Services Personnel, directing activities and "on-board" of new clients. Directed and oversaw new vendor identification and selection process. Directed the implementation and set-up of multi-state (>100) employer clients. Served as Business Development Liaison and "closer" for new business. Managed the integration strategy for new businesses acquisition.. Reported to company President on special operations and projects.
