Daily Duties at Lg Electronics:
Administrative Assistant ? Create status forms for new employees and process new hire paperwork to create new hire accounts in ADP HR Perspective and International Global HRIS System which is linked to payroll. ? Update and maintain the paperless filing system and the traditional filing system and utilize software tools to identify errors in employees’ electronic records. ? Computerize employee records, document employee “counseling’s” and reviews in the electronic files using HR Perspective, and keep electronic files updated with current benefits, payroll, and personal information. ? Assist with PowerPoint presentations. ? Ensure employee insurance documentation is completed correctly and meets deadlines to guarantee proper coverage. ? Identify employee training requirements and ensure that the requirements are met. ? Notify management of due dates for employee events such as annual and probationary reviews. ? Learn Payroll Analyst’s responsibilities to function as backup Payroll Analyst and assist Payroll Analyst with duties.
