Daily Duties at Computer Technology Solutions, L.P. :
· Compile and enter payroll data for 1,500 employees weekly into ADP . · Compile and process Federal and State Tax filings (940, 941, W-2‘s). · Prepare and filed Local, State and Federal unemployment tax returns. · Prepare journal entries for tax payments and refunds. · Prepare and submit paperwork to collect on wire transfers. · Maintain records for vacation, sick and floating holiday time taken and report to Human Resources. · Process changes to payroll records, such as exemptions, insurance coverage, deductions, pay increases, transfers between departments, address changes, etc. · Generate payables for terminations, garnishments, levies, child support, etc.
