Daily Duties at Spherion :

• Managing Administrator Mar 2005 - July 2005 Spherion (Contract) RTP, NC Responsible for managing or coordinating the Administration and Finance components of the Business Unit, including reporting, expense management, billing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, HR transaction paperwork, and expense reports. Responsible for making travel arrangements for office staff and adjunct consultants. Responsible for providing support to the office staff, candidates and clients, supervising the Administrators, and supporting the Finance and Administrative function through direct service and provision of information and distribution of training and procedures. Organize and manage candidate workshops and events. Coordinate with appropriate IT function and provide troubleshooting and general support of staff and candidate computers and phone system. Answer adjunct and candidate questions on using web portal. Process assessment tools.
