Daily Duties at Blue Sky Realty:

My functions at Blue Sky were to prepare for the sell and purchase of homes for our clients. I daily monitored the areas where we had properties on the market. I also did comparables of homes for those clients who were interested in purchasing. Once we put a property on the market I made flyers for the estate. I also assist the Transaction coordinator organize and plan for open houses. Once the property was a pending escrow I made appointments to get inspections done by the buyers the appraisers, the termite inspectors and any other inspections in the purchase agreement contract. Along with those tasks I also searched better rates on the termite work for the properties and also for the best house insurance rates.
