Daily Duties at City Of Fort Worth:
Process Analysis • Interview line employees to document and analyze processes. • Map work process flow, solicit stakeholder feedback, and evaluate issues. • Work with individuals at all levels of the organization. Data Analysis • Clean and standardize large datasets from multiple sources. • Analyze data with Excel and Access; prepare reports and graphical summaries. Staffing Analysis • Analyze workload to project staffing needs. • Applied tool for a range of positions, from Animal Control to clerical staff to lawyers. Facilitation • Facilitate workshops for groups ranging from five to over 1500. • Workshop material includes change management, strategic planning, and performance management. Access Development • Develop MS-Access databases for small work groups. • Conduct needs assessment, design and develop database, implement database and train staff, provide follow-up support on an ongoing basis
