Daily Duties at Citigroup, Inc.:

Currently, I sell and manage consumer and commercial financing products for The Home Depot credit portfolio in the Pacific South Region. In 2008, I am responsible for a sales plan of $400M and a new account acquisition goal of 57,000 accounts. Strategies and tactics used to achieve market goals include developing regional/district promotions, creating marketing tools, delivering monthly presentations to Home Depot regional executives, presenting financing options to prospective large commercial customers, and collaborating with Home Depot At-Home Service leadership. Maximize market performance through close work with operations, fraud, risk, and marketing. Provide sales leadership through training, motivating and influencing key decision makers/sales specialist in 34 stores, resolve escalated customer issues, and ensure market is in legal compliance at all times.
