•Managed a team of technical people responsible for the operation of a voice/data network •Trained, mentored, and supervised technical and non-technical resources •Wrote performance evaluations for all assigned NOC personnel and created shift assignments •Tracked ticketing processes and made required changes to existing procedures •Maintained a twenty-four hour on-call presence for customer and network support
