Daily Duties at Bralley, Bentley & Wilson:
? Worked in a firm with two attorneys. Worked for one attorney in his office. Did dictation, typing, filing, pleadings, One Petition for Writ for Review. Faxing, processed mail, ordered supplies, scheduled depositions, cross-examinations and appointments for Applicants. Answered phones, took messages, copying, can use legal solutions program. Index medical exhibits for the files, collated the exhibits and sent them to the Qualified Medical Evaluators, made travel arrangements for applicants who were coming from out of state for evaluations.
