Daily Duties at Mas Tec Inc.:
Dispute unpaid work orders for an entire company of over 36 locations. Research and correct work orders according to DirecTV business rules for first submissions. Create databases and queries for research and submit templates on a monthly basis to DirecTV for review and payment. Monthly conference calls with all HSPs and DirecTV’s Dealer Compensation. Second submission deadlines every two weeks. Running monthly financial reports for company’s Vice President. Travel for corporate and company training. Trained new hires in the department and new management. Advised constant up-training in our field operations for errors in work orders. Additional task of entering payroll for call center employees.
