Daily Duties at Maritz Inc:
Oversaw program administration from enrollment to mailing. Counseled group participants deviating from main group dates with extension opportunities. Handled domestic, Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean, and International destinations, over 3,000 inbound calls per year, and over 50 programs. Coordinated necessary program activity with back office system regarding enrollments, hotel room inventory, activity selection, and program reporting. Interfaced with Project Management to ensure client expectations and guidelines were met. Researched customer inquiries to determined and resolve complaints, lost tickets, accounting issues, form of payment questions, lost baggage, fare discrepancies, vendor issues, and upgrade problems Dual role, also Responsible for group date air travel plans for approximately 4,000 participants and over 100 programs annually. Confirmed airline reservations and calculated airfare for participants from home city to program destination based on client specifications, block space utilization, and negotiated fares. Administered block space including block reduction or increase, block verification, and additions of new route-specific block. Completed all accounting functions according to client specifications. Monitored client budgets and air negotiations.
