Daily Duties at Maritz Inc:

Managed daily operations of air and attendee management team by coaching, ensuring appropriate training and development, and scheduling and reviewing workload coverage to obtain and maintain quality service levels. Supervised approximately 25 direct reports, including event services coordinators, travel associates, senior travel associates, and quality support specialists responsible for approximately 50 programs per fiscal year including 50,000 or more travel program participants. Effectively trained and mentored over 35 Travel Consultants. Monitored phone system to ensure expedient call handling process.
