Answered phones, opened mail, sorted checks and made copies of checks for accounts receivable, totaled all checks to be turned into accounts receivable, maintained an estimated budget, coordinated many aspects of our ministry, Took and filed death notifications and planned and coordinated funerals and funeral receptions, moved files, made copies of various reports and filed the reports, maintained schedules for the minister, and many other various office tasks.
