Daily Duties at Manpower:
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional and diverse teams throughout all levels of the organization. • Ability to analyze business processes and communicate interaction of system with technical and non-technical users. • Provide input and assistance for the design, development and delivery of training for impacted users. • Create and/or work on test cases for implementation of upgrades and fixes. • Provide reporting, analysis, and testing to maintain compliance of Sarbanes Oxley within Payroll Services. • Provide ad hoc data base reporting and analysis to support various areas within Finance. • Analyze current verification process, streamline process, implement process changes to improve productivity. • Supported AP/AR inquiries using knowledge of general Accounting principles.
