Daily Duties at Nationwide Insurance:
Investigated auto theft claims and looked for any immediate red flags. Claims with red flags were investigated by myself in the field along with the SIU Unit. I testified in court in court as a company witness. Managed the auto theft department, which covered the entire State of PA. Recruited personnel and coached them on a daily basis. Also reinspected Nationwide customer's vehicles at our blue ribbon bodyshops, looking for any leakage.
