Daily Duties at Agilent Technologies:
Responsible for account payables on AP-Flow MEPS and SAP, ESSII, Intra-Corporate billings, Captura and OneCard. Handled corporate foreign currency payments and legal payments. Knowledge of tax rates for most of the States. 100% clean up of California and Washington's Intra-Corporate reconciliations. Helped update and verify 65,000 vendor records in two months. Assisted in training personnel on the project. Processed an average of 1500 or more invoices a month.
