• Preparation of monthly & annual consolidated financial statements of the Company and its 6 subsidiaries for CFO and CEO including preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports to the Board of Directors. • Manage compliance aspects which include maintaining vendor contracts, reviewing corporate agreements with customers and filings with various state regulatory agencies. • Manage Finance and Compliance Departments of 6 employees.
