·Customized company’s offer to customers, organized deliverables around customer segments, formulated loyalty strategies and marketing communication programs. Responsibilities included writing proposals to clients, creating new frameworks to address client’s concern, managing other staff members in their analysis, structuring and writing final client deliverable, and presenting analysis to client top management. Worked as account manager to fulfill new product requirements. ·Conducted sales and achieved highest sales over the previous best – an increase of 8%.
