Responsibilities included meeting a daily quota of 2 real-estate applications per day. Taking thorough applications, collecting income and other relavent documentation needed for closing a loan, developing loan proposals, meeting with customers to explain the loan proposal, selling the loan. Sending loan docs to underwriting, working closely with customers to ensure the loan process went smoothly, Performing a needs analysis to lay the foundation to sell mortgage life, disability, and unmeployment insurance, selling insurance, following up with customers for repeat business. Assisting customers in obtaining personal loans and auto refinances. Keeping up with underwriting guidelines and company changes.
