In charge of all corporate network related problems & solutions, perform daily backups (ARCServe 2000 backup software), troubleshoot Windows 2000 Professional & Windows XP client hardware, software and network issues, support Citrix Metaframe XP and Microsoft Terminal Server for offsite users. Assisted in supporting Microsoft Greatplains. Worked on keeping the company web site up-to-date.
