Responsible for monitoring over a hundred Dell and HP Blade servers. Respond to and troubleshoot Dell Open Manage and HP System Insight Manager error’s that occur. Assist managing the help desk queue that uses the Heat call monitoring software. Assisted in administering RightFax Faxing software
