Daily Duties at Blaze Net:

Manage all aspects of customer orders Handle customer service requests and questions including billing issues ? Place, track, and expedite orders with vendors ? Responsible for timely and accurate completion of circuit orders. ? Mediate service conflicts between vendors and engineering staff ? Mediate service conflicts between customer and sales/service staff ? Handle billing claims from customers. ? Database creation and maintenance ? Creation, review, and determination(s) of client contracts ? Monitor vendor accounts and report monthly to supervisors. ? Support sales, engineering, and service staff ? Create job descriptions and employee training ? Inventory: purchasing, maintenance and tracking ? Schedule installations ? Troubleshooting ? Process Improvement
