Daily Duties at R.I.C. Incorporated:
Consult with and cultivate an on-going relationship with clients through the delivery of world class client service; conduct effective interviews and need analysis, conduct credit, underwriting, and financial analysis, and assist the client through the loan application process. Evaluate alternative loan programs and financing options that are affordable and that meet the clients needs and objectives. Educate and advise clients on the home buying process, the latest in home financing, and how to better manage their mortgage. Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing; troubleshoot transaction issues on behalf of the client in order to achieve clients financial goals. Manage and coordinate others to the transaction (such as real estate agents, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, etc.), and provide services and originate loans in all 50 states.
