Daily Duties at Charter One / Citizens Bank:
Responsible for establishing and enhancing the Bank’s presence in the local market and developing strong community partnerships. Accountable to work cross functionally with other banking groups to maximize growth and profitability, also accountable for risk, compliance management and the optimal operation of the branch. Overall responsibility for daily operations. Provide sales leadership to ensure franchise growth through personal example and regular monitoring of team sales results. Responsible for keeping branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures and prepare branch for internal audits. Monitor branch service quality levels and coach staff to achieve appropriate levels.
