Daily Duties at Ann Arbor Credit Bureau:

? A/R-Client and consumer/business collections, attorney remittances. Billing client late fees and court costs. Assist in balancing Month End Deposit report. Create payment reports for collectors and management. Balance all accounts receivable at last day of month. Process return items from bank deposits. ? Create, maintain, and oversee front office procedures and personnel. Responsible for review with front office staff of weekly goals and reminders. ? Data entry- bankruptcy, process proof of claim forms for bankrupt accounts, return mail, client supplied data for collections. ? Participate as a team member to create new and review existing company procedures for process improvement. Create operating manual for credit card software. Create manuals for specific areas of position. ? Assist legal department in processing various letters and court paperwork. Such as wage/bank/tax garnishments, closed account letters, satisfaction of judgments, paid in full letters, default/consent judgments. ? Responsible for pick up of daily mail and internal sort and delivery. Process out going mail at the end of the day. ? PPMS team member. (Professional Practices Management System) Assist PPMS coordinator and management with up coming events regarding PPMS certification. ? Cross train front office personnel regarding attorney deposits. ? Perform customer service, respond to, and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
