Daily Duties at Citigroup:
Management oversight in reviewing communication and operational procedures for internal and third parties related to marketing programs, compliance and marketing project plans. Coordinating communication and negotiations for marketing programs, web pages and program launches. Oversee business and product conversions/sales; contractual negotiations and compliance. Direct management of a team of 4 exempt personnel project managers and 2 non-exempt support staff. Direct management of $10 MM of revenue generating programs, third party program relations, marketing creative approval and legal/compliance reviews. Management oversight for third party and internal marketing program catalog and product information system. Responsible for all management liaison communications with 4 cross-site and multi-functional call centers within the operation divisions.
