Daily Duties at Comcast:
� Develop & implement soft skills curriculum for Face to Face Customer Service & sales � Analyze Level 1 Data from Evaluations to adjust curriculum for various classes � Facilitate new product training for current customer service representatives � Develop, implement and revise curriculum for billing systems and product knowledge classes � Facilitate video technical, billing and product knowledge training � Train new customer service representatives in 4 products and 2 databases in 6 weeks � Facilitate Customer Focus classes such as Handling Challenging Customers � Worked as a project lead in developing, implementing and facilitating the new hire training program
