� Develop & implement soft skills curriculum for Customer Service � Create a Level 1 Evaluation for instructor led courses � Analyze Level 1 Data from Evaluations to adjust curriculum for various classes � Created & analyzed 360�s to design a unique coaching program � Facilitate train the trainer on new curriculum programs designed � Develop, implement and revise curriculum for interpersonal and leadership skills � Work as a project lead in developing and implementing a coaching program for supervisors � Created & hosted first webinar for company to gather all 4 locations together to kick off a training program � Design & create various eLearning modules
