• Maintain calendar, schedule appointments and meetings per direction of manager • Set up communication links for meetings via teleconference • Make travel arrangements for Associates • Prepare Expense reports and support CFO with side Projects • Distribute mail, order office supplies, prepare overnight shipments • Manage conference room calendar and catering requests • Set up, organize, and maintain files as directed
