Daily Duties at Bayer Corporation:
Accountable for developing and executing sales strategies to increase business at current accounts and developing business in new accounts in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Continually creating, maintaining and expanding sales in my market. Have grown sales in the distribution channel by 95% and the retail channel by 50%. Work closely with marketing, R&D and sales staff to implement sales initiatives. Conduct hundreds of product knowledge trainings per year with sales representatives and customers. Go to guy for technical knowledge and terms on products and industry. Total distribution and retail business that I am accountable for in my region exceeds $6 million.
