Daily Duties at Pursell Industries:
Directed sales and marketing operations in Missouri, Kansas and Iowa. Duties included direct sales of lawn & garden products to retail accounts and merchandising and marketing products at store level. Also interviewed, hired, trained and managed seasonal merchandisers to assist in store level work. Provided extensive product knowledge training to key account management and customers. Building high quality relationships was important in growing the market to $4 million per year.
