Network support, routing and switching support via phone with the more than 2.800 agencies around the country with network internal issues. Support around of 20 internal and 3 external applications based on internal tasks about the company. First person in charge about all the equipment shipped to the 2.800 agencies around the country, as prepare Money Orders systems, CPUs, printer devices, monitors, and complete desktops systems. Receive calls regarding a second level of support based on network, hardware and software issues Support 150 users with Microsoft Office Systems, Open Office systems, internal applications. Support the company cell phones, Smart phones and PDA’s; call the company service providers make changes, in charge to support 40 sales representatives around the country.
