Unit Secreatary for busy lab in hospital. Duties included multi-line phone system, patient and physician inquiries, reporting rsults to physicians by phone and fax, running reports, filing, reviewing test order requisitions for correctness, entering test orders, recieving test specimens and preparing blood samples for technicians. Also handled patient registration of insurances.
