Daily Duties at Kitsap Bank:

Assist Loan officer with daily functions of loan processing tasks including credit bureaus, title examining, preparing loan disbursals, perfecting files and collateral, requesting payoffs and preparing payoff quotes, reearching liens and unsecured collateral, releasing titles, preparing reconveyances, ordering title reports, flood determinations, and recorded Deeds of trust, balance general ledger for payoff and reconveyance fees, handle telephone inquiries and follow ups as required. All other tasks as assigned by the loan officer and management.
