Daily Duties at Merrill Lynch:

Managed an eight-person team in constructing documents used by the SEC, Congress, the President of the U. S. and his legal counsel to assess the Y2k threat. Led a ten-person audit team working with the CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs of large financial management firms with regards to Y2k. Headed team of eight in a two-month quality assurance project in preparation for SEC audits.
