* Assembling a bill-of-material for all parts needed in construction of a custom solar shade system for residences and commercial facilities. * Using expert knowledge of material weights, brackets and electrical configurations, as well as expert review of drawings, bills of material, manufacturing procedures, product cost standards and cost reduction to advance a project from the planning stage to construction. * Meeting multiple project deadlines with accuracy and follow-up procedures to ensure completion of estimates in a timely manner. * Resolving customer queries on projects using company resources on a day-to-day basis. * Offering excellent customer service in interactions with shade dealers, architectural firms and general contractors during planning stages of projects. * Participating in business process reviews and business model to improve efficiency and control. * Coordinating with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data for budgets and actual results. * Assisting directors and managers with continuing comparisons between budgeted and actual performance; prepare reports outlining financial performance and budget variation.
