Daily Duties at Limited Brands:
? Develop and manage product category sourcing and production strategy for Continuous Action Category. ? Work with cross-functional team members from Design, Merchandising, Quality, Operations, and Continuous Process Improvement to continue moving the category forward. ? Refine various parts of the product development process to improve and streamline decisions and tracking. ? Plan and assure timely production of product line. ? Plan and execute product category sourcing and production processes to insure target or better cost of product. ? Compare product needs to year's product category by sourcing plan for key factories. ? Recommend factories and/or agents based on the edited styles, delivery, target cost requirements and the projected units from the line plan. ? Research cost, capacity, delivery, and history with manufacturer. ? Assure the timely delivery of quality samples and bulk merchandise.
