Daily Duties at All American Moving Group:

Started out as a PT File Clerk, in which I Complete daily file list, Getting files upon request, Filing back paperwork/files, Keeping file room neat and in order, completing any small tasks for other departments. I was soon permoted to an Accounting Assistant were I Processing invoices for weekly commission, completing weekly payment groups, completing and mailing check packets, processing any fast pay or pre-audit requests, voucher entries, printing checks, Entering daily EFS transactions, Posting cash receipts, Researching and responding to monthly statement, replying to agents commission inquiries submitted by email or fax, and answering phones are my individual daily responsibilities. I am also familiar with completing Epay denied reports, checking AR reports for any open receivables, and creating voucher and post locals for payment.
