Daily Duties at Security Finance Corp.:
Performed as senior assistant manager of local branch finance office. Provided customer service to 500 customers as well as solicited for new and renewal business. Received loan payments and posted to accounts. Maintained cash drawer as well as handling office deposits and maintaining company checkbook accuracy. Prepared and processed loan applications as well as closing approved loans. Performed collection activities on delinquent accounts by both written and telephone communications and also through customer house visits. Assisted with development and training of new office personnel. Maintained files and record-keeping system. Prepared and assembled reports for remittance and for branch record-keeping. Received training and obtained certification as senior assistant manager. Our branch also received awards for highest collections and lowest bad debt in our district.
