Daily Duties at A.G.Edwards & Sons:
Performed as Caap Portfolio Administrator for company headquarters in Operations Department/Fee based accounts/setting up new Caap- Allocation Advisor accounts for all branch offices worldwide. Talked to financial consultants and branch employees daily by phone to discuss their submitted contracts and to help them with questions on account paperwork along with preparing accounts that were ready for trade and expediting to trade department. Monitored workflow application daily for new contracts as well as making model changes to existing accounts and terminating accounts per branch request. Skills used: Attention to detail, public relations, customer service, organization, confidentiality of clients financial information, time management, took several business classes pertaining to securities industry along with other business classes. New accounts went from 100 a month when I started and were at 894 a month and growing when I left.
