Daily Duties at Encore Real Estate Co:

Duties included: overseeing and managing homeowners associations for single family, townhouse and condominium properties located in North and South Carolinas, Texas, Illinois and Indiana. My duties also included recruiting and training of homeowners to fill board and committee positions for the efficient operation of their homeowners association. Meeting planning, preparation and mailing of meeting notices and minutes, preparing, maintaining and auditing of annual operating budgets. Monitoring the accounts payable /receivable and delinquencies of the associations. Negotiating vendor contracts, troubleshooting home warranty problems and coordinating residential social events was also a part of my daily routine.
