Daily Duties at Eurest Dining Services:

Duties included overseeing the daily operation of a multi unit retail food service facility that has annual revenue of 6.5 million dollars. Managing and scheduling of 130 full time union staff members and 12 salaried supervisors for 4 retail food and beverage outlets. Preparing and submitting weekly operating and cash sales reports, developing new marketing and sales promotions, and overseeing the A/R, A/P, payroll and purchasing aspects of the facility My main responsibility was to manage the human resources area that included recruiting and processing of all new hires, maintaining employee files, scheduling required training and processing the bi-weekly payroll. Updating employee benefit plans, processing and investigating all workmen compensation claims and FMLA requests. I was also responsible for the sales and event coordination for a 10,000 square foot event center that included coordination of retail concert events, annual trade shows, executive retreats, employee recognition programs, Wedding receptions and holiday parties for both internal and external customers.
