Assistant Director (Supported Employment) Responsibilities: • Supervised seven staff members • Recruited, Screened, Selected and Hired employees for department • Conducted new hire orientation and performed employee evaluations • Verify and approve employee hours worked • Interacted with community agencies and employers • Facilitated monthly meetings with Voc Rehab & Developmental Services • Prepared and processed monthly billing for services provided to clients
